My research interests include:

  • Leadership: What does it take to be an effective leader? How can we develop leaders?
  • Training: How can we improve learning and transferring skills into the workplace? How can we guarantee sustainment of trained knowledge and skills?
  • Workplace Rejection: How does workplace rejection impact individuals?
  • Diversity: How can we help increase diversity in the workplace? In what ways can we maximize the benefits of diversity?
